She's Gonna Blow!

No, not Jeanne, sorry.  Today the remote blower was set into place.  When we looked at our options for a downdraft (instead of a hood), we had two choices; either sacrifice island space for an inside blower, or get a remote one.  We opted for the remote blower with no idea what it would look like or how it will work.  When the appliances were delivered, we saw the size, but a picture paints a thousand words, check out the size of the blower.  Electricity isn't hooked to it yet, so we don't yet have an idea of the noise level.  That's for another post.

The guy doing the install is over 6'...  It's a little muddy in the yard, and as he was finishing up outside, he slipped and got a little muddy so no more indoor work today at our house.  We are hopeful that this will be the final week, but we'll see.
